Holding format

This meeting will be a hybrid of the following:
*	Those who have registered for participation by November 3rd will be able to participate in all forms of “on-site participation”, “live streaming”, and “on-demand streaming” participation is possible. Those who have registered for participation after November 4th can only “on-demand streaming” participation is possible

【Proof of Registration Category】
If you have graduated within the last 5 years, please download the registration category certificate, fill in the required information, and upload it when registering. Undergraduate students are required to upload a photo of their student ID card or another form of identification.
When registering at the venue on the day of the event, please submit and present your registration category certificate and/or student ID card.

Advance Reservations for Luncheon Educational Seminar, Evening Educational Seminar, and Morning Educational Seminar

Bento lunch boxes and light refreshments will be provided for the Luncheon Educational Seminar, Evening Educational Seminar, and Morning Educational Seminar. In order to ensure that the quantities to be prepared are as accurate as possible and to reduce food loss, participation at these seminars at the venue will be limited to those who made reservation in advance. We ask for your cooperation in making reservations in advance by following the instructions below.
①	Those who wish to attend the Luncheon Educational Seminar, Evening Educational Seminar, and Morning Educational Seminar at the venue are requested to make advance reservations through “my page” which you will be able to access after registration.
②	Those who have made reservations should come to the Advanced Registration Reception Desk on the day of the seminar. You will receive a reservation ticket for all reserved seminars.
③	On the day of the event, participants will receive a bento box lunch and light refreshments in exchange for their reservation tickets and will be admitted to the seminar venue.
	*	Please note that those without reservations may be able to attend depending on the attendance on the day of the event, but those with reservations will have priority in the distribution of bento lunches and light refreshments.
④	Reservation deadline: 24:00, October 24（Mon）
	*	Reservations will be stopped when the maximum number of reservations has been reached, even if before the deadline

1.About the marks on the program list and the abstract page
1)	marks on the program list
	①	Mark of “ ★ ” As a result of two rounds of review, the 11 high-scoring abstracts that were selected as the top 21 abstracts and were not selected as the 10 candidates for Best Presentation Award and Young Presenter Award are marked with a “ ★ ” in front of the abstract number.
	②	Mark of “ Ⓛ ” and “ Ⓞ ” Sessions with an Ⓛ in the lower right corner of the session name heading: will be streamed live.
		*	Sessions with Ⓞ in the lower right corner of the session name heading: will be streamed on-demand. However, even for sessions marked with O, presentations with “ Ⓛ only” under the presentation number will not be streamed on-demand, but will be streamed live.
2)	Marks on the abstract page
	・	If there is an Ⓛ in the upper right corner: will be streamed live.
	・	If there is an Ⓞ in the upper right corner: will be streamed on-demand.
3)	PDF program and abstract PDF files will be made available on the event website and “my page”.
	*	Members will receive a password to access the PDF in the Mail News distributed in the second week of October.
	*	Please pay the registration fee from the “Payment” menu of “my page”, and the PDF will be available in the “Program and Abstract” menu.

Registration Procedure

1. Account registration
	To register for participation, first you need "account registration (registration of name, participation category, etc.)" according to the following procedure.
	1)	Click the "Register here" button at the bottom of this page.
	2)	Click "TO THE REGISTARATION FORM" and register your e-mail address.
	3)	The "Registration Form URL" will be sent to the registered e-mail address. If you do not receive it, please contact the meeting secretariat by email ( jspe55@gressco.jp ).
	4)	Please access the "Registration Form URL" and "Register Account".
	5)	When the account registration is completed, a login ID will be issued to the registered e-mail address.
2, Payment
	1)	Click "Register here" below and log in to My Page. ID: ID sent by email after registering an account Password: Password set by yourself when registering an account
	2)	Please log in to My Page and pay the registration fee.
	3)	Registration will be completed once payment is completed.
	4)	How to check the registered information Please check from My Page.
	5)	Cancellation After making payment, cancellations and refunds are not possible for any reason. Please check in advance before registering. If you are unable to attend the conference due to your own circumstances, no refund will be given. Please be careful about double registration.
	6)	Receipt / participation certificate
		・	Receipts can be downloaded from My Page after payment.
		・	The participation certificate will be available for download from My Page after the start of the meeting.
	7)	Change registration information Registration information such as address, name, and participation category cannot be changed by the person himself / herself. If you wish to change it, please contact the meeting secretariat by email ( jspe55@gressco.jp )
